PARTNER
DAVID WARD, JR. D.S.L.
A lifelong resident of Fort Mill, South Carolina, and a devoted ambassador of his Christian faith, David brings more than 40 years of experience in the electric utility and nuclear energy industries. His career spans strategic and financial planning, industry performance benchmarking, and development and monitoring of key performance indicators. Over two decades, he served as Chair of the Electric Utility Cost Group – Nuclear Committee, helping guide national conversations on performance and efficiency.

Deeply committed to civic engagement, David has held numerous leadership roles in his community. He served as Chair of the Fort Mill History Museum Board of Directors, volunteered with the Fort Mill Fire Department, and held board positions with the Fort Mill Economic Council and Crime Stoppers of York County. He also contributed to the Leadership York County Task Force, the 16th Solicitor’s Office Juvenile Arbitration Program, the RFATS (Rock Hill–Fort Mill Area Transportation) Citizen Advisory Committee, and served as Chairman of the South Carolina Strawberry Festival.

WINK REA
A Fort Mill, South Carolina native, Wink Rea has dedicated much of his life to serving his community through leadership, advocacy, and volunteerism.
He has held numerous civic roles, including Chairman of Move Fort Mill Forward, Board Member of the Fort Mill Economic Council, and Chairman of the South Carolina Strawberry Festival. His efforts have earned him both regional and national recognition, including being named York County Citizen of the Year and receiving the President’s Volunteer Service Award. In recognition of his years of service, the Town of Fort Mill officially proclaimed December 7th as “Wink Rea Day.”

With over 35 years of experience in real estate development and brokerage, Wink is a licensed Broker in both North and South Carolina. He specializes in commercial, institutional, and residential developments and has played a key role in shaping the region’s real estate landscape.
Wink earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC.

DAVID HUDSPETH
With over 40 years of experience in local government, David Hudspeth has held leadership roles across multiple municipalities and agencies in South Carolina.
He most recently served as County Manager for York County, SC, and previously spent more than 15 years as the Town Manager of Fort Mill, SC.

In addition to his extensive background in public administration, David has experience in city planning and engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Winthrop University and has dedicated over 25 years to serving as a local government administrator.

David lives in Rock Hill, SC, and is the proud father of two adult children and grandfather to four grandchildren.
